Terms & Conditions
Please review the following terms carefully before booking your strategy call. By submitting payment and scheduling an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to all terms outlined below.
1. Appointment Access
Once your appointment is scheduled, you will receive a Zoom link for the call. Please log in 10–15 minutes before your scheduled start time to ensure you are ready and on time.
If you experience any issues logging in, please contact us immediately for assistance.
2. Punctuality & Attendance
All sessions begin promptly at the scheduled time.
If you are not logged in within 5 minutes of your scheduled start time, the session will be automatically canceled without a refund.
Failure to attend (no-show) or arriving late will result in cancellation without a refund plus a $25 inconvenience fee.
If you are not online at the exact time and date you booked, your appointment will be considered forfeited and will not be rescheduled or refunded.
3. Form Completion Requirement
After payment, you will be redirected to a required intake form. This form must be completed within 24 hours of payment.
Failure to complete the form within that timeframe will result in automatic cancellation without a refund.
If our team must contact you to remind you to complete the form, a $25 non-refundable inconvenience fee will be charged to your account before your appointment can be confirmed.
4. Call Duration & Additional Time
Each strategy call lasts 30–40 minutes. During this time, your coach will:
Answer your questions
Provide live training (if requested)
Offer feedback and clarity
Audit your business if necessary
If the call exceeds 45 minutes and you wish to continue, an additional fee will be charged prior to continuing the session.
5. Refunds & Rescheduling
All bookings are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
Please select a date and time that works best for your schedule.
Appointment availability is based on Eastern Standard Time (EST) and is subject to confirmation.
6. Confirmation Policy
Appointments must be confirmed within 24 hours of payment to secure your spot. Unconfirmed appointments will be canceled without refund.
7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By completing your payment, you acknowledge that all purchases are final and non-refundable.
Any attempt to file a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal will result in immediate termination of all servicesand may incur a fee equal to the full price of the dispute, including chargeback fees, administrative costs, and damages up to $5,000.
This policy is strictly enforced to protect our company from fraudulent or bad-faith disputes.
